Shota joined Sony Group as a software engineer and worked as a project manager for global
supply chain systems.
He then joined the start-up company Loco Partners as the ninth employee and contributed
to the business growth of Relux, a hotel and ryokan booking website, as the sales manager.
He contributed the expansion of the organization from 9 people at the time of joining to
over 200 people in 3 years, and experienced an Exit through M&A by KDDI, a major
telecommunications company.
After that, he established Work Capital Inc. in Tokyo to provide comprehensive support for
overseas companies, especially Taiwanese companies in entering the Japanese market.
